Marloes was sworn in as an assigned civil-law notary fifteen years after joining Lubbers & Dijk. She has held this position since 1 January 2013. Being an assigned civil-law notary, Marloes is authorised to sign notarial deeds and to perform all other official acts.
Marloes specialises in corporate law. In June 2015, she completed her specialised training in Corporate and Business Law at the Grotius Academy. She is a member of the VOC, the Dutch Association of Registered Property Specialists.
