Pierre Le Cat joined the notarial profession in 1987 after completing his studies in Notarial Practice and Dutch law at the Free University of Amsterdam. He has been with Lubbers & Dijk since 1991. Pierre was admitted to the Lubbers & Dijk Civil-Law Notaries partnership as a civil-law notary on 1 July 1997.


He has held the position of Estate Planner since 2004, and he is a member of the Dutch Association of Estate Planners in the Notarial Profession (EPN). Pierre has had a range of articles on succession-related topics published in manuals and legal magazines, one of the topics being “Pension equalisation in divorce and division”.
